Klekotki cuisine is full of local herbs from the hotel herbarium used for preparing mushrooms, venison and fish. The popular ingredient of our cuisine is also cranberry. The most popular dishes in our menu are: fried pike-perch fillet with broccoli sauce and pork tenderloin in creamy chanterelle sauce.

Our chef is a big supporter of ecologic cuisine and local products. We promote slow food philosophy since only such way of preparing food results in nutritious and healthy meals.

Try out our dishes made of local herbs, fish from our own pond, local mushrooms and vegetables. We bake our own bread and sweat delicacies. We also offer tasty, homemade preserves.

Ecological farming

In February 2016 Młyn Klekotki Hotel received the official Certificate of Ecological Farm. We have our own agricultural crops of spelt, oats, lentil and charlock mustard. We also buy food products in other local ecological farms.

We try to provide our guests with healthy and tasty dishes. We base our meals preparation on slow food philosophy.  In our opinion the art of relaxation refers to each single activity  that is why food consumption must also be arranged as per slow food philosophy requirements.

Our Winery offers a wide variety of tastes from all over the world.

For our guests special request we can arrange professional wine tasting.  The winery is also a perfect place for dining. The climate of our winery helps our guests to relax and discover the unique  tastes of the thoroughly selected wines.
